8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking any time before the host leaves for your place. If you cancel after she has started, a travel fee may apply. If the host cancels on her side, we offer you a full refund or a free re-booking with another host.

Vivastreet acts as a platform that connects adults. We are not liable for any act that happens during a meet. Any dispute between you and the host is between the two of you. We do our best to screen each host, but we cannot guarantee perfect behavior.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
